If your provider is not listed on the Provider Search, send us a message about your provider and will contact them to become a participating provider. There is no guarantee that your provider will contract but we will do our very best!

The benefits for your provider becoming a TIER 1 provider include; faster payment and a lower copay and out of pocket for you and the provider. It helps if you tell your provider that you want them to contract with Health West so that you can have lower out of pocket costs. The process goes faster if you can provide us all of the information listed. It can take from 2 weeks up to 3 months for your provider to become participating.
